payment, shipping and returns

PAYMENT POLICY

SUPERFUSSY accepts american express, mastercard and visa. Sales tax is charged only to customers in California, where we reside. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed by 12 noon EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days (usually quicker). Orders placed on Friday after 5pm est will begin processing on the following Monday. SUPERFUSSY will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. If your package does not arrive on time, email contact@superfussy.com or call us at 646.489.4040 with your name, address and order number and we will track the package and follow up with more details. Domestic orders are shipped with usps, we charge an $15 flat rate. For international shipments, there is a $30 flat rate. the receiver will be responsible for any/all taxes and customs duties. SUPERFUSSY is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit. 

RETURN POLICY
Returns must be made within 14 days of order date and they must be pre-authorized by phone or email prior to sending merchandise back, no exceptions. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging and sent to the address below. Please note you are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. Once we have received your return we will process credit/exchange (less shipping) within 2 business days. All discounted merchandise is final sale - no returns, exchanges or store credit given.
